Sidwell Friends, a co-educational, PK-12 Quaker day school, seeks applicants with a passion for coaching for a part-time Boys Assistant Varsity Soccer Coach and Boys Assistant 7/8 Soccer Coach for the 2025-2026 school year. The coach hired in this role will be expected to fulfill both roles. The school has outstanding athletics facilities including natural grass soccer field, an all-weather track, four full size gyms, a fitness center, two artificial turf fields, a large dance studio and six tennis courts. It is expected that the coach hired in this role will maintain a high standard of integrity in all aspects of team management, foster a culture that promotes the Quaker values of the school and academic experience of the student, and intentionally integrate school core values as the framework from which to coach and build athletic programs. Candidates must have a passion for coaching and developing young players, a minimum of 1 year of coaching experience at the middle school, high school, college and/or in a strong club soccer setting.
